A soft landing for your mind & body
THERAPY FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE TIRED OF CARRYING EVERYTHING ON THEIR OWN.
Compassionate and client-centred psychotherapy, helping adults navigate anxiety, people-pleasing, boundary setting, and postpartum identity shifts across Ontario, Canada.
Anxiety doesn’t always look like panic. Sometimes it looks like overthinking, always saying yes, feeling guilty for resting, or wondering where you went after a significant life change. If you’ve landed here, maybe you’re so used being the person everyone else expects you to be, that you don’t know who you are away from the noise. Do you feel like your mind never turns off? You replay conversations, you worry that you’ve disappointed someone, or you’re just exhausted from trying to keep everything together.
Why can’t you say no? Why you do you feel guilty all the time? Why are you struggling to accept who you are at your core? If this resonates with you, know that you are not alone, and exactly who you are right now, is enough.
Let’s work together to understand life’s curveballs, bring some compassion back to your inner voice, and explore the human experience, one step at a time.
it’s time to prioritize yourself
A Note from the Founder
Tosha is the Swahili word for Enough, and as a therapist my passion lies in helping you learn to accept yourself as you are, reinforcing the belief that your daily presence is 100% enough. I am a firm believer that our bodies hold our lived experiences, and I aim to build an awareness of the mind body connection through therapy. My hope is to provide you with a space where you feel safe to show up raw, unfinished and imperfect. I know how hard it can be to wake up every day and question your authentic self, or to feel that you are not enough for the world around you. In a world that tries to quiet your inner voice, I am here to bring compassion to the version of yourself that might be scared to shine through.
I feel so unbelievably lucky to be able to connect with and witness the transformation of so many people. It is through creating safety, that we are able to truly live in our authenticity and allow ourselves to be loved, by others and most importantly, by ourselves. I am so grateful to those who have trusted me with their vulnerability and I would be honoured to walk alongside you on your journey as well.
